From downtown: take I-94 west and north to I-694 east, exit at University Avenue NE, and drive north about three miles. About 11.6 miles and twenty minutes outside rush hour.
From Northeast Minneapolis: just get on University Avenue NE and keep driving north. It runs through Columbia Heights and Fridley and brings you to 8300 University Ave NE, Suite 200. No freeways, and from the Northeast Arts District it is often as quick as the interstate.
