This is the simplest route on our list. From 44th Avenue NE or anywhere along the west side of Columbia Heights, get on University Avenue NE (Hwy 47) and drive north through Fridley. You will pass Mississippi Street and I-694; keep going until 8300 University Ave NE, Suite 200 is on your left. About 5.7 miles, around eleven minutes.
From the Central Avenue side of town, near the Heights Theatre or Huset Park, cut west on 40th, 44th or 49th Avenue to University and turn north.
